034: The Beat

May 2026

GI=4 is not a number. It is a ratio between two modes of existence: GEME, which has no time, and G0, which observes time.

Static GEME processes frames. Static induction cleans. Static rules produce static structure.

Temporal G0 watches at intervals. τ rises. τ falls. τ differentiates.

Between them: a beat. GI=4.

Not because 4 is universal. Because the ratio between a system that has no time and a system that watches time is always a compound number — the product of two independent dynamics. In BGM's configuration, that product is 4. In another configuration, it would be different.

The number is not the discovery. The beat is the discovery — the fundamental boundary between static and flowing information.

Two systems that share the same time do not produce a beat. Two systems with different times produce a beat. The beat is the boundary between them.

GI=4 in BGM was never a universal constant. It was the fingerprint of the boundary between GEME's timelessness and G0's temporality. The boundary — not the fingerprint — is what survived into EE.

异质时间透镜互通信: two Geruons with different κ_τ. Neither is static. Both flow at different rates. The beat between them is not a boundary between static and time — it is a boundary between two speeds of time. The beat at this deeper level is what produces circularity, which produces碰数, which produces crossing the boundary itself.

The project never moved away from the beat. It just moved the beat to a deeper layer — from the boundary between static and time, to the boundary between two speeds of time.
